Much is out there about soothing interactive encouragement for children to relax, to prepare for sleep. This is SUPER and succesfully leads child (and ADULT) to a delightful frame of mind to sleep. Besutiful story line, effects, sounds, music and narrator. Thank you.

This app is great and my son loves it. We use it as part of our bedtime routine. He loves saying goodnight to all of the animals. I only gave 3 stars because I expected when I paid $2.99 for an app all of the animals were included but unfortunately you have to pay a total of $6.97 for the full version. Other then paying almost $7 for a app for a two year old it is a great app.

I originally wrote a review 4 yrs ago for my first son, and am now using it for my second (Feb 2016). Its still as charming as ever and I love the extra animals - worth the purchase. Still rate this 5 stars,but despite the current version description stating, "App works perfectly again!" (or something like that) I noticed the highlights on some of the light switches arent aligned with the actual switches. They still work, though, so its a minor cosmetic thing. I have an iPhone 6S plus. One option Id LOVE would be if there were options to change the features of the child shown in the window at the end of the story. The narration goes, "Theres someone still awake. Do you know who that is? Yes, thats you!" and its a little red headed boy in a window and my sons have black hair. Choice of gender, hair color, skin tone, hair style maybe - that would be awesome. Id purchase that. Original review: It sets up my 19-month old for sleep perfectly. His vocabulary has been exploding recently but this wonderful little book helped him learn to say "good night" and truly understand what it means. Hell tell each animal good night and tries to turn off the light (but his aim isnt great yet.) First purchased it over the 2011 holidays but not until Jan did I make it part of our nightly bedtime routine. I read maybe two other hard cover books first to relax him, and save this for last. When its done and the music has ended I lock my phone so it too goes dark and tell him good night, then turn out the lights, and put him to bed. Hes so ready to sleep by then hell be asleep within 5 minutes. Love it. Recommending this to friends.
